Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking a service through it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book a session.
What Soul Strategy Is
Soul Strategy offers intuitive and personal-development guidance, including astrology, Life Path Numbers, hypnotherapy, EFT, breathwork, and oracle and tarot guidance, combined with practical strategy. It is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you’re experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every session is personalized, but no specific outcome, result, or transformation is guaranteed. The value of this work depends on your own participation and circumstances.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
Scheduling and payment for Soul Strategy Sessions, Written Reports, and Coffee with Kelly are handled through Acuity Scheduling and Stripe. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set within Acuity and shown to you at the time of booking.
The Shift: Application Process
The Shift requires an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If it’s a fit, we’ll follow up to discuss next steps, including scheduling and payment.
Party Inquiries
Submitting a party inquiry starts a conversation, not a booking. Event details, pricing, and availability are confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.
Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and design of this site belong to Soul Strategy and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Soul Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its services, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
