It is not therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. Every session is personalized, but no specific outcome, result, or transformation is guaranteed. The value of this work depends on your own participation and circumstances.

Scheduling and payment for Soul Strategy Sessions, Written Reports, and Coffee with Kelly are handled through Acuity Scheduling and Stripe. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set within Acuity and shown to you at the time of booking.

The Shift requires an application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If it’s a fit, we’ll follow up to discuss next steps, including scheduling and payment.

Submitting a party inquiry starts a conversation, not a booking. Event details, pricing, and availability are confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.
