This policy explains what information Soul Strategy (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how it’s used, and who it’s shared with. It applies to soulstrategy.com and the forms and booking tools linked from it.

When you fill out a contact, inquiry, or application form on this site, we collect what you enter, typically your name, email address, and the details of your message or application. When you book or purchase a service, scheduling and payment information is collected directly by Acuity Scheduling and Stripe (see below), not by this website.

We use the information you provide to respond to your message, discuss a party, review an application for The Shift, or otherwise communicate with you about the services you’ve asked about. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

This site relies on a small number of third-party services:

• Acuity Scheduling handles booking, scheduling, and calendar management.
• Stripe, connected through Acuity, handles payment processing. We don’t see or store your full payment details.
• Formspreedelivers contact, inquiry, and application form submissions to Kelly’s inbox.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.

This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers of its own. Embedded third-party tools (like the Acuity scheduler) may set their own cookies as part of normal operation, governed by their respective policies.

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you’ve submitted through this site by reaching out using the contact details in the footer.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
